We had a wonderful time with plenty of activities to enjoy. The buffet breakfast was fantastic, and our room was spacious and clean. However, some photos made the bathrooms look nicer than they actually were. Would definitely choose this place again.

great access to niagara falls and nearby attractions
I really loved how convenient it was to explore nearby attractions like Niagara Falls State Park, just a 10-minute walk away, and enjoy the views at the Aquarium of Niagara, which is only about a 15-minute stroll. the staff were friendly and helpful, making the stay even better.

Perfectly situated near attractions, making it easy to explore the area. Quick elevators help you navigate the large hotel, so you won’t feel stuck waiting around.
The room layout left a lot to be desired, with bathrooms feeling outdated and oddly designed. the toilet sat so low that it felt like a trip to the floor. Noise levels became a real issue, especially with loud guests running up and down the hall throughout the night—it’s hard to enjoy your stay when sleep escapes you. Additionally, encountering unexpected fees that weren’t disclosed upfront can definitely take the wind out of your sails after splurging on a night here. Lastly, while there are dining options, the quality at some locations left much to be desired, particularly at the attached restaurant.

Location proved to be highly convenient, with easy access to tours and nearby dining options. The speedy elevator service even during peak times was a pleasant surprise. A family-friendly arcade and restaurant on-site made outings hassle-free. However, the main restaurant's offerings sometimes fell short, and while the nearby area is often criticized, it provided everything we needed without the inflated prices of more touristy spots.

Relaxing Family Getaway at a Perfect Location!
We enjoyed our stay immensely! The guest room was cozy, and the staff made us feel welcome right away. The Starbucks in the lobby was a great perk for morning coffee, and being steps away from the Falls made our trip even more special. Pro tip, explore the local restaurants for dinner. they're fantastic!

The location of the Sheraton is fantastic, just a short walk to Niagara Falls. The beds are super comfortable, which made it easy to get a good night's sleep after a long day exploring. The staff at the front desk were friendly and attentive, helping us with our questions. The Rain Forest Cafe on-site is a fun option for meals, though the prices feel a bit steep. Unfortunately, our experience was marred by a few issues. The rooms felt outdated, with stained furniture and an unpleasant smell in the hallways. The bathroom had some maintenance problems. the shower pressure was weak, and the sink drained slowly. Our heater clunked all night, making it hard to rest. Overall, while there were some enjoyable aspects of the stay, the hotel needs significant upgrades.
